Let me introduce myself. My name is Rebecca and I am the owner and operator of Midwood Pet Sitting.
I have had a passion for caring for animals since I was able to hold them! I have been professionally
working with animals for years and am certified through the Red Cross in Pet First Aid and CPR.
Prior to moving to Charlotte, N.C., I operated and ran a pit bull rescue in Greenville, SC. I fostered pit bulls
from kill shelters that were regulated to put the breed down immediately because they were “problem dogs.”
I was able to place so many amazing canines in forever homes. Since moving to Charlotte in 2007,
I have moved towards animal care as a profession with great passion.
With my background and love of animals, it is likely no surprise that I hold the safety, comfort, and happiness
of my clients’ pets very dear to my heart. I take great joy in working with animals every day and am glad
to know that I can bring dedicated, loving pet owners peace of mind when they cannot be with their best pals.
I believe it really is an honor to stand in as their best friend. I feel that there is no better and more
rewarding job for me than being a pet sitter. It allows me to provide the same level of happiness to your pets
that they provide to me.
